How it works

If you notice a trick that is not on here and you wish to add it please leave a message below. I need to know if the trick is single rope, double dutch or Chinese wheel. I also need the name of the trick as well as the IJRU level. I will email you back with instructions for how to send me a video of the trick. This sport is always evolving and additions like this is how this site can become a one stop shop for all jump rope skills, even if they were recently created.
